Delivery Information

Shipping will be carried out by UPS or FedEx for orders under 3 units, for larger orders they will require shipping on a pallet via freight. Our team at Portable Partitions is able to help with getting these to your property, select the additional delivery services at checkout.

Delivery Costs for International Sales and Hire

We will provide you with a breakdown of your delivery cost when you click to purchase or arrange a hire. Hires will be charged for delivery and pick up.

If you order Products from our site for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Charges, Invoicing and Payment Terms

Upon confirmation of your order to purchase Products we require a 25% deposit of the order.

For any hires you will be required to pay for the hire of the Products upfront at the time of the order. In the event that you then cancel the cancellations terms shall apply.

Full payment

We will invoice you upon successful delivery of the Products or upon receipt of a notice of cancellation or upon an Order for a hire.

You are required to pay the invoices within 28 days of receipt of the invoice. We shall be entitled to charge interest upon any late payment of your invoice in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debt (Interest) Act 1998. until full payment is received.
