Terms & Conditions

General Terms

This page tells you information about us and the legal terms and conditions (Terms) on which we sell or hire any of the Products (Products) listed on our website (our site) to you.

These Terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale or hire of Products to you (Contract). Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any Products from our site.

We amend these Terms from time to time, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time.

For the purposes of these terms and conditions a Working Day is 9.00 am to 5.00pm during which the Banks are open in England.

We are Nordic Park Limited, trading as ScreenFlex UK and Portable Partitions Company (PPC), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 03692682 and with our registered office at Cheynes House, Main Road, Bredon, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 7EG.

Our main trading address is Dale House, Bredon Road, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 5BX.


Our Products

The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements.



Upon confirmation of your order to purchase Products we require a 25% deposit of the order.

For any hires you will be required to pay for the hire of the Products upfront at the time of the order. In the event that you then cancel the cancellations terms below shall apply.

The minimum time period required for orders for purchase or hire of the Products are set out in the table below.


Delivery and Shipping

Free next day mainland UK delivery is subject to the order being received before 2pm and the products being in stock.

We will deliver the Products on the delivery date agreed with you. In the event that we are not able to deliver the Products to you on the delivery date then it will inform you as soon as is reasonably possible.

In the event that you decide to change the delivery date by less than 5 Working Days then you must provide us with at least 2 Working Days prior notice. In the event that you fail to provide us with less than 2 Working Days prior notice of the change to the delivery then we cannot guarantee delivery on your preferred amended date. In the event that you want to change the delivery date by more than 5 Working Days then we may charge you a weekly storage charge of £150 at our discretion for each week after the original delivery date we are required to store the Products.


International Sales / Hires

Delivery costs quoted are for mainland UK only, excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and remote location. For other locations and International deliveries please contact us.

If you order Products from our site for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.


Cancellations on Sales and Hires

If you decide to cancel the purchase or hire of any of the Products the following process will apply:

Risk and Title

Risk of the Products will pass to you on receipt of delivery of the Products. You will be required to ensure that you have in place appropriate insurance or are able to pay the remaining amount of the outstanding sums to us for the Products.

Title of the Products will pass to you on payment of all outstanding sums to us.


Warranties and Liabilities

Time is not of the essence for the purpose of these terms and conditions and we shall have no liability whatsoever for failing to deliver the Products on the agreed delivery date other than for your right to cancel the Products.

Our Products are available on an “AS IS” basis upon receipt and no representation or warranties are given (whether express, implied or orally) and all implied warranties under law are excluded to the extent that the same are capable of exclusion.

Our limits its liability under these terms and conditions for all damages, losses and expenses incurred by you to the sum of the fees paid by you to us. We exclude all indirect, special and consequential losses capable of exclusion under law, including loss of profits. We acknowledge that it cannot limit its liability for fraud, or personal injury or death caused by our negligence.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, we do not give any representation, warranties or undertakings in relation to the Products. Any representation, condition or warranty which might be implied or incorporated into these Terms by statute, common law or otherwise is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. In particular, we will not be responsible for ensuring that the Products are suitable for your purposes.


Charges, Invoicing and Payment Terms

We will invoice you upon successful delivery of the Products or upon receipt of a notice of cancellation or upon an Order for a hire.

You are required to pay the invoices within 28 days of receipt of the invoice. We shall be entitled to charge interest upon any late payment of your invoice in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debt (Interest) Act 1998. until full payment is received.

We ask that you check your requirements carefully before ordering any Products, all Products are manufactured specifically to order and to the customer’s specification. Therefore, and in accordance with distance selling business to business regulations, Products are not returnable.

In the event of Products being received damaged or faulty we will exchange them, we will arrange for faulty or damaged Products to be collected and for replacement items to be delivered.

We reserve the right to accept at our discretion any return on non damaged or faulty Products. However if any returns are accepted a charge of £250 will need to be paid for prior to the return of the Product.


Damages and Repair (Hire Only)

You are expected to have in place sufficient insurance in order to cover the risk of loss, damage, or theft of the Products and the appropriate insurance to cover the use of the Products at any location during the hire.

If we on inspection of the Products at its head office identifies any damage caused during the term of the rental, other than reasonable wear and tear, which then makes the Products unusable then we will be entitled at its discretion to charge for the costs of replacement Product at your cost.


Pick Up (Hire Only)

We will pick up the Product on the agreed return date.

If you decide to change the return date to a date earlier than the agreed return date you will still be required to pay for the Product hire at the pre agreed rate up to the date of the original agreed return date.

If you decide to change the return date to a date after the agreed return date then you will be required to pay for the Product hire at the pre agreed rate until the date when we pick up the Products.

In the event that you fail to make the Products available for collection on the agreed return date or cancel the return on the Products on the day of the agreed return date then you will be charged for the travel costs for 2 pickups.


Printed Products

Before sending us your artwork, please ensure you have created and/or checked that it meets our artwork specifications which you will have received when you place your order. Although we endeavor to check over artwork for print, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors on the original artwork file.

Prices for items featuring graphics are quoted based on finished artwork (print ready) being supplied by the customer. These costs are subject to sight of artwork. We reserve the right to re-quote should the artwork require studio time & scans. We can also produce the artwork based on the customer’s specification for an additional cost.
